Whether you have football experience or not, you can contribute in a meaningful way. A successful youth football organization relies heavily on the commitment and care of thoughtful parents, relatives, and members of the community.
New and experienced coaches will receive access to a full curriculum of training and preparation tools from USA Football, as well as the mentorship of the experienced youth football coaches already a part of the MCFA.
We currently need:
- Flag coaches (Spring 2012 grades 4 & 5)
- Tackle head coaches (Fall 2012 grades 5 & 6)
- Tackle assistant coaches
- Board members for: Finance, Fundraising, Fields & Equipment, Merchandise, Technology
- Cheer coaches (Fall 2012)
All volunteers are subject to approval by the MCFA Board and must pass a background screening through USA Football.
